1
Create a low side part, bringing it around the crown to the opposite side at the back of the ear.
2
Beginning over the ear, backcomb the hair to make a cushion. As you work up the head to the low side part, soften the amount of backcombing. The shape will sweep to the side and sit fuller over the ear.
3
With a Mason Pearson® brush, smooth the surface hair and start to form a roll over the ear while maintaining soft volume across the top.
4
Using hairpins, weave the pin into the seam and secure, elongating the roll towards the crown to accentuate the jaw line.
5
Make three slightly diagonal sections in the back to create three rolls.
6
Begin with the middle section and backcomb and smooth the top of the section in the direction you want to place the hair.
7
Roll the section on a slight diagonal and secure with hairpins.
8
Create the other two rolls in the same manner with both rolls moving away from the face.
9
Detail with abba Firm Finish Gel and a toothbrush to smooth any flyaway hair.

The finished look embraces classic sophistication with a modern, unexpected silhouette.
