Products Used
Volumizing Root Spray, Texturizing Cream + Firm Hold Hair Spray
Tools Needed
Hair dryer, large round bristle brush, large rollers, medium barrel iron and hair clips
Steps
- Start by applying Volumizing Root Spray to damp hair at the roots. Blow dry with a large round bristle brush directing air up each section to create lift.
- As each section is finished, roll it into a medium roller and clip at the roots. When finished, spray lightly with Firm Hold Hair Spray and let the hair cool for 5 minutes.
- Take out the rollers and brush through until the desired amount of wave is left in the hair.
- For a more textured look, use a curling iron that is 1 inch in diameter. Wind the hair around the barrel from the roots towards the ends as you work around the head. Direct the iron forward towards the face for framing waves.
- Using your fingers, break the wave and add Texturizing Cream to the length and ends for a defined finish. Set your style with a spray of Firm Hold Hair Spray all over.
